DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICS

The Department of Pharmaceutics is one of the key departments of the institute. It is equipped with state of the art facilities to undertake research in drug development and delivery of conventional dosage forms and novel drug delivery systems. This department’s research laboratory is approved by the Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai for the award of PhD in pharmaceutics. from this department 106 post graduate students have passed out, including a Gold Medallist, since 1993 and presently 6 students are on roll.
